Order Processing Times

At AmeeBeeHive, we carefully process every order with attention to detail. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days to ensure your honey and bee products are prepared with care. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods (such as seasonal sales), shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We'll keep you updated if any delays occur.

Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states, bringing the sweetness of nature to customers across the country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50, making it easier for you to stock up on your favorite honey and bee products. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.

International Shipping

We're proud to ship to select countries worldwide, sharing AmeeBeeHive's natural products with honey lovers everywhere. International shipments typically take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery and know exactly when your AmeeBeeHive products will arrive at your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but accidents can happen. If your package arrives lost or damaged, please contact us at support@ameebeehive.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In most cases, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost to ensure you receive the quality products you deserve.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our honey and bee products, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unopened and in original condition. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our high standards, please contact us at support@ameebeehive.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll process a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
